01 General Introduction & Eligibility

By accessing or using the ok pk (okpk-baji.com) website and platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read the entire document carefully before your first use.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between ok pk and each registered member of the platform. The terms may be updated at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notification.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with international online gaming licensing authority regulations. As a licensed operator, ok pk complies with all applicable laws within its jurisdiction.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with ok pk, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information submitted during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• A valid email address and phone number must be provided at the time of registration.

KYC Verification

Ok pk reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. The following documents may be required before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount:

• National ID (NID) or Passport photo
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Payment method verification (bKash/Nagad number confirmation)

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. ok pk will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Ok pk supports local payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. The table below shows transaction limits and processing times:

Withdrawal Terms

• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus are not met, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ok pk may temporarily suspend withdrawals.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ok pk's bonuses and promotions are designed exclusively for our players. Before claiming any bonus, please make sure you're familiar with the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳ 500 is required to activate a bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• To qualify for the weekly reload bonus, at least one deposit must be made during that week.
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only, not winnings.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered through gameplay first.

Free Spin Terms

• Winnings from free spins are subject to a 15x wagering requirement.
• Free spins must be used within 7 days of being credited, after which they will expire.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on ok pk:

General Betting Rules

• Review all bets carefully before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a bet fails to register correctly due to a technical error, ok pk will not be held liable for that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match or event starts before its scheduled time, any bets placed on it may be voided.

Live Betting

• Odds change rapidly in live betting. You must confirm your bet before the odds are locked.
• Ok pk is not liable for any losses in Live Betting caused by internet outages or connection delays.

Maximum Payout Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳ 10,00,000 or the equivalent in foreign currency. Winnings above this amount may require approval from ok pk management.

06 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok pk and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting fraudulent activities using the ok pk name or logo.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Ok pk may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation
• In the event of KYC verification failure
• For accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Inactive Account Fee

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. An inactivity fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be charged each month.

If you wish to close your account yourself

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

Ok pk believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Our Safety Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: Set up automatic logout after a period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a gaming break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 6 months and permanently.

09 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a concern or complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1: Contact our support team via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step 2: If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate your complaint to the management level.
3. Step 3: If you are not satisfied with ok pk's decision, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body.

Complaints may be submitted in English or Bangla. ok pk aims to respond to every complaint within 72 hours.

10 Changes to Terms & Notice

Ok pk reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to the registered email address.
• A notice will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
• The effective date of the updated terms will be clearly stated.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you always have the option to close your account.
